This past year it has been H*** trying to work with them to repair significant damages to our home sustained in a hailstorm. They give us nothing but lip service and makes promises that never come to fruition. Our insurance company initially gave Pioneer a check for $23,000. Pioneer replaced the roof and damaged gutters, then stopped the repairs as they stated the damage worse and needed another appraisal. Pioneer then told us we needed our own appraiser which after months went to a mediator. After constant cajoling, we got Pioneer out to replace the damaged garage door and this past month they FNALLY repainted the house. Our air conditioner was also damaged which led to the replacement of the **** system. Another check for $28,000 was provided by ********** which later dropped us. As is the mortgage company policy the check needed to be endorsed by all parties and sent to the mortgage company for payment. We received the check in June and endorsed it, however Pioneer refused to sign it as they stated they did everything electronically. It is now the end of August and mortgage company still has not paid the remaining amount as Pioneer sat on the check as they did not want to physically sign it and send it to the mortgage company. We are still waiting for Pioneer to replace the damaged windows which were also damaged as well as pay us over $6000 that we had to pay out of our own pocket to replace the **** system. Pioneer signed a contract for all the work that was to be done however, they refuse to do any other work or pay us until they get paid. How are they supposed to get paid when they refused to endorse the check made out to them and us, and send it into the mortgage company for payment?The owner has refused to contact us, and we are now waiting to hear if we will ever get our money and if the remaining work will be done. We will never use this company again and hope further action against this company is not required.
