              Over three months ago, I applied for mortgage assistance through Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS) as my husband and I started facing financial difficulties. However, even after submitting all the required documents through the portal, SLS kept denying them without providing any helpful feedback. The portal says I need to upload documents that have already been uploaded. They also keep adding new required documents as they go along. I have been assigned three different points of contact since I started the application process and it never gets completed. I have been told that it takes up to 48 hours for emails to reach them and items uploaded to appear in the online portal. This is an unnecessarily slow and grueling process that works against itself in processing the application. I am still waiting, after three months, for them to complete the work on their end.This has made me feel like they aren't interested in helping us, even though they offer this assistance.

              SLS is in the business of ZOMBIE liens, what they do is ** dead for years after placing a lien on your property, and then when the property value increases, SLS wakes up from the dead and starts foreclosure proceedings and will not work with customers. If SLS decides to work with you it's with their lending departments, not outside companies, and charge you ridiculous interest. I wish the government would shut them down but just recent** another company inquired about SLS, so be ready folks, their name will change and the slime will continue... I wish I could give them a 0 star...
