      Nov 7, 2022 I refinanced my vehicle with another bank and was told by ******* accounting I would have *** insurance refunded to me as soon as I provided proof the account was closed. I provided the proof within a week by driving in a snowstorm with the documentation but was told by the accountant the dealership wouldn't provide the funds after all, it would be via PNC bank. I contacted PNC bank who said no money from the dealership and been provided to them to send to me, and even if it had, the bank would return it to the dealership because they didn't handle *** refunds. ******* informed me the money had been sent to PNC bank who told ******* they would release the money Dec 10. I called PNC bank Dec 9, again was told they didn't have it. I called ******* accounting who told me to wait until after Dec 10. During the last two weeks I have made calls between ******* and PNC relaying information to both of them - acting like a middleman. I was frustrated and told them both I would file a claim with BBB. Dec *********************** on hold and said the matter's been escalated. ******* accountant said all he has tried to help me in this case and he would call to ensure the matter was resolved and a check sent via ****** Dec. 22 I was informed by ******* accountant a check was being sent and would reach me within a day. We have had terrible weather, however, I have tracked this letter from *******, which shows a label was made, however, ***** doesn't have it in their system. It is now Christmas and 15 days have passed from when PNC Bank said they would release the funds. Every time I called PNC Bank, the *** insurance refund was either here nor there and they put me on hold or transferred me to another department. I am fed up with being the middleman! I wrote ******* accounting and explained I had made calls, wasted my gas making 3 trips to their office and was misinformed where the money was or told it was being sent when it wasn't. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

      Furious, someone broke into my car dug out my driver side door handle, I brought my car here thinking I can trust to get done what was needed as this is a dealership, I was charged $510 for my broken driver side door handle under the impression that this was going to fix the entire handle mind you the attendant seen my car door before taking it back. I sat here for 6 hrs with my toddler and waited only to be told that they dont fix the entire door handle only the open & close part I would now have to call a locksmith which was going to cost another ($350-$400) more, I asked the attendant if it was possible to just cancel as I was under the impression this was all included in the $510 and was told it can be canceled however I would still have to pay for labor in the end $510 for basically just a handle I still can lock or use other functions on it.. Im hurt everytime I look at it doesnt even close right, as a single mother I feel token advantage of be weary..
