    I put down a $700 deposit on a ********************** the middle of august 2022 and have been making monthly payments of $370. In the beginning of December 2022 the cars battery kept dying and I bought a new one for $150 and when that didnt work I had to pay another $150 to get it towed to a garage to get a diagnosis and the part for the car is on back order for at least 8 months. I tried talking to a manager of the company I bought the car from and I was passed to about three different people telling me theyd have someone else call me back to help out and I kept having to call back because no one would actually reach out to me. After finally getting ahold of the manager, *******************, he told me no one ever told him about any of my issues until he heard my voicemail. When I talked to him he told me hed handle everything and that I have an extended warranty on the car and would be able to get the car traded in for something reliable and that I had a $15,400 limit to find a car I liked so I test drove two cars from two of their different lots and found a car and put in an application to have the car traded in for. He also told me we have a time limit to all of this because he is retiring this Friday which is in two more days. After not getting any of my calls answered after a full day he told me late in the afternoon that he will be going back on his offer and that now I will still have to be paying $370 monthly for a car that will sit at the garage for almost 8 months while also having to spend at least $20 a day on Ubers to and from work and anywhere else I will need to go. He gave me hope and had me going to and from lots to test drive cars just to tell me he wont be keeping his word. I havent even had this car for a full 5 months and I cant even drive it anymore. This was a last resort and I really hope theres something this would help me with.

    FORGOT TO PUT OIL FILTER IN MY TACOMA!!! I recently decided to take my truck maintenance into my own hands and Im glad I did. I preformed a simple oil change only to open my oil filter container to find NO OIL FILTER. I drove ****** miles with no oil filter because the lack of attention from this dealership. I used to think of ********* as a great business but clearly things are going down hill. Even my safety inspection and maintenance logs did not have tire rotation and oil change checked off. How am I supposed to know that the maintenance was actually done? When I brought this up the response was its internal so the logs are only for us. I gave **** the service manager over a week to figure out a solution only to lose my phone number and causing me to come in person. The solution to this problem they offered is to do another oil change and send the oil in for analysis. This is an extremely lame attempt at proving any solution to this issue as one analysis wont do much, there needs to be multiple tests to compare to see trends. I was extremely patient and kind during this whole process but yall dropped the ball and this review is well deserved. I hope others see this and will open their eyes to the lack of professionalism from all ********* dealerships. If you care about your vehicle DONT take it here.
