I DO NOT recommend this dealership as you will NEVER get your concerns met. They have very poor communication. They won't address concerns. Their promises mean nothing. I traveled from **************** to this dealship, approximately 70 miles. My problems started exactly 1 week after I purchased my $58,000 2019 CERTIFIED PRE OWNED Dodge Ram ****. While driving my truck, one of the caliper bolts that holds the brakes in place, fell out. As a result, it severly damaged my wheel. Being a certified preowned vehicle, one would think it has gone through an extensive safety check. I had it towed to ****************.My communication at the **************** *********** started immediatly Monday morning but the lack of cummincation from Auto Nation in ********* delayed my Certified Preowned truck more than 2 weeks to get the brake caliper repaired and only the brake caliper was repaired. I tried repeatedely to call Auto Nation in ********* and asked for them to help with this process. Nothing! **************** did repair the brake problem but the Auto Nation in ********* refused to repair the damaged wheel. I have paperwork from Auto Nation in **************** that states the wheel is damaged. I also took my truck in for a 2nd opinon to another *********************** and they informed me the wheel is damaged. The Auto Nation in Littelton has refused to replace the wheel. The wheel has major grooves, it is clearly damaged and now the the truck does not drive as it did before this happened. I have sent numerous texts and emails to managers of the Auto Nation ********* store, with no responses from anyone, and now filed a complaint with the **********************. I suggest anyone that has a complaint with no success of resolvement from this dealer, to file a complaint with the **********************. Sincerely,************Review from Doug S

I was scammed! I am angry with myself for falling for their ploy, but extremely angry at this dealership for taking advantage of me and my situation. I expressed my interest in a vehicle to the dealership and began the buying process. I do not have good credit right now so getting approved for financing was a challenge. The dealers financing department found me a lender, so I made an appointment to go see, test drive and purchase the vehicle I wanted. I drove to the dealership from over 50 miles away. I arrived more than 4 hours after the appointment had been set up. I received emails and texts assuring me that the vehicle was there and ready to go. The emails even said that the vehicle would be brought to the front of the store and ready to be test driven. I walked into the dealership and was told by the salesperson that he just found out 5 minutes prior that the vehicle didnt pass inspection and was not safe to be on the road. Again, I was assured earlier that the vehicle was available and ready. I had asked for financing information and additional photos of the vehicle prior to making the 50 mile drive and neither of those requests were fulfilled. so I should have been wary at that point. When learning that the vehicle I wanted was not available, I should have turned around and walked out then and there. The status of that vehicle was surely known well before I arrived. It is CLEAR that the ad for this vehicle was a lure and that the dealership never had any intention of selling me that vehicle. For this dealership to deny any of what I have written would be an insult. They miraculously got me approved and sold me a vehicle that cost twice as much, and a higher has a higher payment which I likely can't afford. It's obvious now that this was their plan all along. I was definitely taken advantage of due to my credit situation and desperation. When the salesperson called me a couple days later, I expressed my concern and was blown off.Review from Stephanie L

We purchased my son’s Subaru Impreza on 11/29/2022 at the Auto Nation located on 7980 W. Tufts Ave. Littleton, CO 80123. We had a hailstorm on May 10, 2023. **** had deemed the vehicle a total loss from hail damage so we surrendered the car mid-August. I went to see Auto Nation about the ******* ****** ********** **** worth $4025.00. No one in finance was available to see me so I emailed Jacob ********** on 9/12/23. He informed me that he has processed the cancellation for the Service Contract and maintenance package. I emailed Mr. ********** back on 10/1/23 but never got a reply. Contract explains that the ******* ****** **** is cancelled once a vehicle is deemed a total loss. I called on 10/3 & 10/4 and left a voicemail since he was on his day off. I called again 10/9 and spoke to Jake. He says the refund is prorated from the time it’s cancelled. I haven’t heard anything from Auto Nation in over a month. I called on 11/1/23, Jake wasn’t there so I was forwarded to someone else. It was a foreign name on the voicemail. They never returned my call. I called again 11/2 but Jake was off that day. 11/3/23- the receptionist said Jake was in meetings all day long. I was forwarded to the same voicemail as before. It has been a very painful and frustrating process. I’m a single mom helping my son with his very first car purchase. It was a terrible situation we went through and *********** took the car without giving us a chance. My son works so hard and ****** **** won’t even allow us to make a payment arrangement to buy the car. So now my son has no car and he can’t get a job in college because he needs to get off campus to find one. We still owe money on the car and no one wants to return my call about the refund on the maintenance package. Funny how they are quick to take our money but they’ll avoid us when they owe us money! And it’s in their agreement that we signed that the service package will be cancelled if the car is a total loss.Review from Marcia A

My 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan has been at SW Autonation since 7:30 AM on Monday, August 7th, 2023. It is now Tuesday, August 22, 2023. Not only do I not have my car back, but I cannot reach anyone in service to tell me what the status is.I took it in for the extended service warranty repair of the passenger side door actuator. I was told that the computer module also went bad, and I would be charged for that repair. I would pay for that, since my slider door wont operate without it. However, I have never experienced such a lack of communication and poor service from a service dpt. until now!Rest assured I wont be returning to this company for any reason- sales or service!Regretfully,****************************Review from Andrew P

If I could give this dealership's service **** a zero star review, I would. Rude. Unknowledgeable. No accountability. I made an appointment to have my RAM Promaster serviced here, and received multiple confirmation emails for this service and for this specific vehicle. Upon arrival, I was turned away by their service **** as they cannot work on my Promaster. It takes 2-3 weeks to schedule a service right now and my Promaster was due. Additionally, I had driven from Denver (30 minute drive) and both my girlfriend and I took work off to drop off the van only for the service manager on duty to rudely tell me to pretty much F off and there is nothing they could do. So I pushed back big time and he did call another Autonation to get me in for service asap (but this required significant pushing on my end), but I did appreciate it. I did subsequently learn he was extremely rude to the other Autonation as well. Also, there were 3 recalls on my vehicle, but he repeatedly and rudely assured me there were none, so very unknowledgeable. Overall, he did not take ownership of his service ****'s failure to identify a vehicle they could not work on ahead of the appt, and there was no accountability on his end for their error and wasting of my time and gas money (gas is currently $5/gallon). Side note, the next day I got an email asking for me to reschedule the appt for my Promaster at their dealership. Laughable.Review from Jim H.

Went in for service of a minor check engine light. Since it was scheduled out a week by them, I got several notices of my appointment and make sure to be there on time and it was . Called that evening and they hadn't worked on it al all. Next day guaranteed it would be done that evening, came in and not done. Miraculously, it was ready first thing next morning. Checked on line and average cost for this repair was 250-450-my **** 675. They also asked me if I wanted my cabin filter replaced for 120. I said no, bought the part for 12 and took me exactly 5 minutes to replace it. This place is a total rip-off, overpriced to the extreme and very poor communications. Should be avoided at all costsReview from Jerry D

Bought a **** Jeep Grand Cherokee on 6/12/2021 using $6804.066 cash Was issued a temporary license Plate while waiting for final paperwork and title to be mailed .when the temporary plate was due to expire and no paperwork, Returned to dealer . At this time the excuse was Due to Covid everything was running behind and they gave me another temporary plate . When the 2nd temporary plate was due to expire they issued another temporary plate . The following day , I received a phone call , requesting me to bring the Jeep back to the dealer ASAP. Upon returning car to dealer , they said that they could not produce a title for the car and that I would be refunded my money. I then ask them " How can you sell a car without a title." they stated that something like this only happens once a year . I then ask for my money back and they said they could not write a check for that amount and that it would be overnighted to me . that was on 9/28/2021 , nothing in mail as of 10/1/2021. When I call the dealership , nobody seems to know what is going on , and I don't get any return calls . They have my money and I need it back so I can purchase another car and not from them.
