            I want action from the business. Our finance company contacted Arapaho Hyundai on 11/8/2023 for a refund of an unused extended warranty on a totaled vehicle. To this date, the finance company has not sent the payment. I have attempted contact with the dealership on multiple occasions since November 2023 and no one has returned my calls. This delay has resulted in a negative credit report.

            This is all over a request to be picked up at a car rental agency only 6 minutes away from this dealership and to be denied that request. The reason for the rental car for 2 days is due to Arapahoe Hyundais service department. This dealership is unbelievably smug. Their attitude is if you dont like our policies go elsewhere. However they know they are the only game in town for servicing in the south Denver ***** area.Their rating is listed as a D- which is being kind! If it was up to me I would give them a F. The only way for the consumer to raise awareness is to boycott these types of dealerships so as to hit them where it hurts. Its the almighty $ for them. What has happened to **************** being the No. 1 priority???????Im a small fish in this pond but in the future I plan on going to a different pond.*****************************
