    The employees are helpful and courteous and quick to help load and unload and to be fair in most case things probably go smoothly for most customers. But as for my review of the owner ****** I would say he is very subpar. A friend of mine and I rented 3 mountain Sled Ski Doo 850s for 3 days from these guys. About an hour into my ride on the first day I have a coolant leak. After tipping it on its side lucky us. tunnel puncture on the sled I was riding. We are straight forward with extreme rentals and notify them of the problem. We then spend our weekend recovering this sled, take it to a local shop in the area and they make a fix called Ski Doo Patch Kit in their words. We laugh it off but seems to be working so we get a full days ride in on it but weekend is over need to return. Sleds get returned again we are upfront with them letting them know this one sled had a puncture in the tunnel on the bend. In hindsight should have just left the sled where it sat, paid the ******* deductible and let ****** deal with the headache of recovering that sled and getting it fixed. This could have been most likely avoided if this sled had the proper tunnel protection that other sled manufacturers put on their sleds on the bend of the tunnel. This is aluminum plates on top of the 1/8 tunnel to protect sharp rocks that the 3.5 mountain sled lugs can grab and fling through the tunnel. Now the fun part it takes 6 weeks for ****** to figure out what he is going to do and claims he is busy and hasnt had the time to get to itI get it life and business can be busy. But finally he decides he is going to charge me $1480.00 for the repairs he had to do and the loss of the value of the sled.Here is the thing and I will leave it to you to judge but in my opinion this falls within a **** area that really wasnt necessarily my fault could have happened to anybody, if this sled had the protection plates that our Artic Cat Sled has I dont think this would have been a problem.

    ****** rented a brand new top of the line 2022 Skidoo summit 850. Unfortunately he ran over a rock or stick or something hard that got caught between the track and the frame and ripped a hole in the coolant system. He had a shop in the mountains weld over it and also filled the edges with ************* epoxy. When he returned machine we told him the repair was not adequate and would not hold up. The track system had to be removed from snowmobile to make the repair. We removed the track and also the ************* and found multiple leaks underneath. We priced the parts to repair, and it would have been around $3800. His deductible on the damage waiver he bought was $2000. I told him that if we could get a welder to weld it properly that we could save him some money (which he was happy about) We had several people try to weld it over the next week or two with no luck. We then had to wait for the right guy to do the job since it had to be done perfect with no leaks. Finally we got a welder to weld it properly. We put it back together and tested in the mountains. I was in contact with him the entire time that we were waiting for the repair to be completed. Even sent him photos along the way. His **** was $1480. He was only charged $300 for lost value on machine since now it has a welded patch on the coolant system. I did not charge him any lost rental days. We lost over $2400 from it being down. I saved him money from his deductible. I had a lot more into the repair than we billed him for but kept it as low as possible. In 21 years in business we have only had probably 3 of these types of rock damages. He thought I should cover it because he thinks Arctic Cat has thicker protection plates. I do not agree with this (the other two machines that this type of damage happened too were Arctic Cat snowmobiles) Its an unfortunate event that neither of us wanted, but it is more unfortunate that he cant see that I bent over backwards to try to help keep his **** low, and I lost way more in this situation than he did.
