This place is a scam. My boyfriend signed us up for the monthly fee and used my card. He went a couple of times and I only went once. We had to leave Rehoboth for personal reasons and quickly realized they make you jump through hoops to cancel, seeing in other review responses, the gym tells you about “conditions”. According to the law, they’re supposed to charge the bank account - which blocked them since they didn’t allow us to cancel. However, they took the debit cards which they had on file for the first sign up (very easy as opposed to the cancellation procedure). They charged mine and my boyfriend’s membership on my card for the near 2 months we weren’t even there. Disgusting business practice, no ethics whatsoever. I bet they will make up some excuse or lie in response to my complaint as they have done with others.Review from Anastasia G

About to cancel my membership. The WiFi in this gym is horrible. I listen to Apple Music when working out. Or I scroll on IG at fitness instructors to check for form, etc. It’s not possible to do that in this gym. It is a complete dead zone and my phone goes into SOS mode. For that reason, I will be looking for another gym. Update: The gym called me and requested I delete the review in exchange for a free month of membership. They also informed me that someone was resolving the WiFi issue in the gym that week. I told them I’d update my review accordingly when I saw improvement. It’s been a month and the same issues are present. UPDATE: They cancelled my membership without my knowledge or consent and without even speaking to me in violation of their contract due to this review. They have BANNED me for a review. Horrible resolution, conflict management and customer service.

Member complained a month ago about the WIFI . She never personally came to Management at the gym but instead posted on social media. The Manager giver a call after he post and explained that there was a lot of construction going in the center and that the gym will have network export come to the gym to resolve the issue with the WIFI and put new hot spots.The gym spend thousand of dollar in the last 2 weeks and since the gym kave zero issues. Customer again went on social media complained and said she will look for another gym and again never came to personally to the Management at the gym . It seemed that it is an issue with her device but again never came and ask anuone at the front desk or talk to Management and jus t went on social media. Customer again saying she will look for another gym She was in a contractso ther Management sue to her unhappiness and complaining gave her a refund for the last month membership and cancel her membership.Review from Amanda P

I would give this zero stars if I could. If you want to join a gym in rehoboth, just go to Rise. Better atmosphere and better equipment. I signed up for a year membership here and wanted to cancel because I no longer worked or lived close to the gym. Over the span of several months I called 10-15 different times both the local gym and corporate. I was told to send certified mail, which costs money, requesting to cancel, which I did TWICE. I never heard back and no one was ever able to cancel until AFTER they had charged me a second annual fee which they refuse to refund. This place is a scam, if you sign a contract with them you’ll never get out of it and you’ll never see that money again. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother. Mrs. ********* Sorry you feel this way but the cancellation is clearly explained in your membership agreement, you came on 7/17/22 and the membership was cancelled and you received a refund of $61.99 for your due for June 25, 2022. I stopped going to this gym when Covid came around; long before the lockdowns. So for going on for almost two years I made all monthly payments. I cancelled the credit card it was on a few weeks ago and bill collectors start calling immediately. I planned on going back when things got better than now so forget that. These tactics used against long time customers is a window to their corporate sole and integrity of its officers. A truly disgusting place. Cannot cancel by going in. Buried in the fine print has things like must send certified letter, etc. So dunning and late charges will keep up.Every1Fitness Response
