    I leased a 2020 Toyota RAV4 from price Toyota for 3 years from Jan 2020. Recently there has been problems with the key fob and keep getting a message stating “key not detected check location” on the dashboard. The battery was changed on the key fob and still got the message. Tried using the spare instead and still got the message. It will come up sometimes after the car has started and other times while actually driving the car. The car can actually cut off if it does not detect the key fob while driving and is a serious safety concern and major hazard on the road not just for myself and family but for others. The car was due for service and brought it in on October 18 ppl and made the advisor who was dealing with our car aware of it when we arrived but they overlooked it and it was not addressed. Last Monday we called price and kept getting transferred to different people until the service manager Jamar Campbell could have cared less with his attitude and basically implied they are not responsible for any key fob repairs. He then claimed he would do me a favor to run a diagnostic and come in this morning at 8am and ask for him directly. I reported his attitude as I got off the phone with him as well as the fact that my problem was not addressed to corporate who claimed they would have someone call me the next day. No one called. I called back corporate on oct 29 and was told the same thing someone will call. No one called. Went into price this morning promptly at 8. Jamar was not even there nor did he inform anyone I was coming in. Diagnosis was done and according to them there is no problem and never offered any solution. It still happened after I left. I called corporate again tonight and this time stayed for 1 hour waiting and getting run around and no one seems to think having a safe car is important. I am not waiting until something happens God forbid there’s an accident. They need to have this fixed ASAP

    I bought a 2023 Corolla Cross from Newark Price Toyota on October 16, 2023. Their management of their reward system is deceiving. I had 502.42 reward points or $502.42 toward the purchase of a new vehicle. They did not alert me to this fact at the time of the purachase and the points were not applied. When I went back to claim the reward they said they can not do it reroactively. This is cheating in my book. They said it was my responsibility at the time of purchase to tell them that I had the points. In the past when I had repairs done at their service facility I was always reminded of my current points, I did not have to remind them. It is in their system. I have been a loyal customer since the 1980s. My trust in their business is greatly shaken.
