2/24/2021 received estimate for 5600.00 to fix drywall in bathroom install new florring in laundry room and kitchen install new back door new kithen cabinets on sink wall only base install new sink and faucet install new butcher block countertops also on island remove dry wall from behind sink check insulation. pd 4700.00 on2/25/2021 owe 900 started and finished above work in about a month a section of the floor aseam opened up and a board they had glued on the front of thesink came loose called hometek they sent someoneout guy saidhe had to get some looring andfasteners for cabinet board waited about a month when nothing was done i called tony at home tek he said he thought the guy he sent to fix items had fixed them as the guy had quit he said he would get someone ut to fixthe floor andcabinet about 2weeks later they called and said he was coming out he came and fixed the cabinet board and started taking molding up in the area that needed repaired he asked if i had a box of tile i said no he said hewould have to get a box and would be back that isgoing on for3/4 months now i have called home teck 3 times have only returned my call once i have called twice in last 2months has not returned my calls in mean time i have molding and other stuff that hometek employee took up still laying around my kitchen i will say the work they did was done right and i was well satified with the work until the floor started coming apart.hometek had no problem taking my money for this job but will not fix their mess ups.if they cant find the right tile to fix theyshould have to install a new matchingfloor at theirexpense as i have already paid them for the one they installed and nowneeds repair my kitchen looks a mess with thestuff they took up and left laying around.
