    In nov. 2022 I requested a camera inspection through an online email. The company was an hour late and went to the wrong address. The person performing work admitted he was an office guy and had only used the camera once before. The second tech was new and a week or 2 in the job. The office guy looked at a drain with the camera. They stated they would get me a qoute for repairs that were suggested and the service provided would be included with the quote. I was never given a workorder to sign or an invoice for that day. 3 weeks later I emailed and called leaving a message about the qoute and bill I had not received. No one returned my calls or email. In oct 2023 I received a phone call about the bill. I explained I never received a bill or a call back from the previous year. I was told by Browning he would call me back. A month later he called back and still did not have the correct information on the work performed, he could not verify what was done or why I never received a workorder at the time of service. He proceeded to harass me and called me names - an idiot and hung up on me. He then called back demanding payment on my voice mail. I will not take calls from someone who calls me names or hangs up on me. He needs to write the bill off due to lack of documents to prove work, harassment and not billing within a reasonable time frame (waited 11 months).

    Browning Plumbing LLC October 10, 2023 *** **** ** ***** **** ***** On June 22, 2023 I had an emergency situation with a cracked toilet tank and called you for assistance. You responded quickly and had a new toilet and tank installed that morning. After the installation, I noticed that the toilet sat quite a bit above the floor where as the old was embeded in the subfloor. I questioned your service tech if the toilet was too high, and he responded that it would be just fine. On August 9, 2023 I was in my basement checking out my plumbing pipe and happen to notice water leaking from the pipe that lead to the toilet. Directly below the pipe was a rack with a towel on it catching whatever was leaking from the toilet. I called you, but canceled your service person from coming out after speaking to the tech from ********* ***** *** ***** and he explained the problem to me over the phone. ********* ***** *** ***** came out quickly and showed me the gush of water spilling out over the flange. The tech from *********'s told me that it was good that I had caught that leak because that surely would have rotted out my floor. *********'s tech then installed the proper Wax ring. It was explained to me that with the placement of the toilet setting so high off the area that it required either a jumbo wax ring or double a regular wax ring. The tech from *********'s also inquired as to who was responsible for the initial installation. I am requesting the amount that was charged by Alexander Sewer and Drain to remedy the problem. I was charged $136.00 I am also sending this by certified mail. Thank You in advance Denise A O**** *** ****** *** ***** **** *****
