We had Blair’s heating and Air conditioning come out and install a new furnace and A/c Unit - but a couple days later the a/c was not working right - it was heating instead of cooling the house down. So we called them to have them come out but they wouldn’t return our call- after about a week of calling them they finally returned the call- and came back out but said there was nothing wrong with it - a day later the unit was frozen again and not working right. So we called again and this time they told us we would need to pay for any repairs - the issue they told us there was a warranty on it - we have only had the unit maybe 30 days now - the coil is freezing up and is also leaking - the drainage pipe seems to be on the wrong side - and when we talked with them last they say we need to replace all of it - I just want others to know these people are not honest and far from professional. This company is no one I would ever recommend to anyone- it has been one nightmare after another and I’m so worried about the furnace now. I have no clue if it will work or not because it’s still only August - so no need to use it yet. The house is a rental that we rent to our daughter and son-in-law - she is also pregnant. I’m just so dissatisfied and disappointed- we paid them just under $4000 cash. Now they say they want more money. I’m just wanting people to be aware - they are not a company you want to do business with.
