    I signed a contract to be a vendor for one of their travel shows. They postponed it because no shows were allowed due to covid and transfered my balance to shows in 2022. I paid them $2,395 on October 29, 2020. I was supposed to do a show on Feb 26-27, 2022 but found out 3 days prior to the show that I had tested positive for covid. They actually asked me if I was still going to be in attendance to be able to man my booth. I was a little shocked. I recently emailed them to ask about returning my money and they said that because most people usually have other people fill in for them and that because I didn't have that, I wont be getting anything returned. I run my business on my own. I am a very small business and cannot afford to have employees at this time, or train someone a few days prior to the show on my products while I have covid. I have been asking for my money back, since the pandemic happened and they keep refusing to return it. None of their clauses are covid related and they clearly have no care or empathy for covid related health concerns. Nothing in our contract states that money cannot be returned back because of covid realted issues. I have also had 3 different people take over my account since I reached out to these folks. It feels very scam like to me and I believe that anyone with similar issues, I included, should be able to get their money back.
