            Worst company ever to purchase tickets. My sister bought tickets for 3 Doors Down for **** ** last year, she even bought the insurance just in case they cancelled which they did due to Covid. She paid over $400 for three seats including the insurance. They offer 100% money back but now they are telling her they need conformation from the venue which was **** Ballroom which I called and was told that since the venue was never booked that the information is not available? The insurance is another company and told her the same thing. My sister lost her only child in March of this year and money is very tight for her. As far as I am concerned they owe her the money I have looked at Ticket network and everyone of them were bad. Will never buy from them again and advise anyone else not to. And does not earn any stars but site wont let me go forward without one. Sincerely, ******
