            Date of occurrence was on or about 6/10/21. I was given a written estimate for applying mulch to my flower beds and to install one yard of topsoil to my front lawn. I was told that weeding would be extra. On receiving my credit card bill I noticed a charge of $978/.42 from EcoTurf. Come to find out $300 of that charge was for weeding that I never requested or in my opinion was never done. I called the office disputing that charge. I was told by the woman I spoke with that she would message me notifying me that her message would serve as proof that I would receive $300 credit. Since I didn't see any such credit on my charge I called the office regarding this. I was told by a gentleman by the name of Paul that I would not be receiving the $300 credit. He told me that that fee was for weeding that was done. I'm currently disputing that charge with my credit card company. In my opinion they are far from a reputable outfit .

            Hired them in 2019 to reset the stones on my patio since they are overridden with weeds. They ended up taking a few of my stones. They were nice bluestone pavers. They even complimented me that it was cool they came with the house because 'it's hard to find machinery that cuts like that' The pavers are nice, they are big and they're like 2" thick. They took a few of my pavers and I would like them back. I have many e-mails from Paul saying that they would return the stones to me, but they never showed after a few promises. Eventually, Paul's e-mail went out of service. Rebekah's e-mail has also stopped working. Even though the pavers are again filled with weeds and it looks like nothing was done, I just want my rocks back without issue. Their house must be real nice with all of the mementos they take from people's property. I just want my rocks back. It's not difficult.
