      So far our experience has been hoodwinked. Customer service is lacking and we can’t even get a straight answer regarding shipping of the $600 product we purchased and have yet to see nor get any real explanation as to what’s going on.

      Recently purchased a part for my wheelchair. The part didn't work for my chair. It took 7 phone call and 2 months to get a return label from Rehab Stores. Finally got a return label and sent part back on 7/31/24, it took another phone call on 8/26/24 to have them process my refund. Very unhappy with their service after all they charged my card the day I ordered the part which was 5/23/24. ****** ****

      On August 19, 2024 I ordered a Thumb CMC Restriction Splint. It was to be shipped Economy (5-7 days). My credit card was charged on August 20, 2024. I called HPFY today to ask why I could not track the order on their site. I was told something about the manufacturer (couldn't really tell what he was saying because his accent was very strong) would be sending it in 24 - 48 hours but it had not been shipped yet. When I asked why my card was charged prior to shipping (or even intent to ship) the man I spoke with did not know. Poor customer service does not give me warm fuzzies regarding this company. If I didn't need this splint I would cancel my order and ask for a refund. I would not recommend this company.

      Be careful, this is a scam company. We placed an order for a MIC-KEY bolus extension set for my mother and it never arrived. They claim that there is a photo showing delivery, but the photo is of a random garage. We searched everywhere around the house and neighborhood and never found the package. They do not care about the well-being of patients and certainly do not uphold professionalism. We emailed customer service and they continued to delay and find excuses, and finally said that we were past the 14 day deadline. We never received our product. We never received a refund or a replacement.

      If you are needing health care, recovery or rehab products quickly, or even at all, it would be best to steer clear of Health Products For You or Rehab-Store. I have spoken to several different customer service reps and they have all given me different excuses and promised follow-up emails and actions, none of which has take place. I have now been promised a refund, but I doubt I will ever see my money or the product I paid for. Avoid this company at all costs.

      I ordered a $300 item on July 10, where they claimed to have fast shipping. I quickly got a note that there was a 4-day delay. Every time I contact them, they respond that they are prioritizing my item or they blame the supplier. I am pretty sure that HPFY is a scam and a sham.

      I placed an order for 5 items on June 3, 2024 for $119.51 including $16.99 for shipping. I received 2 items, mastectomy bras, which were ridiculously tiny and the wrong color. The color was not an issue, but the bras’ 13“ long chest band was. This would barely fit a newborn baby. I called their customer service to arrange for return and exchange for largerr size. I was promised an email with instructions for same. Never received it. On June 12, they promised it again. Another lie. Never received the instructions. Then they advised me of a “slight delay of 5 days” on the 2 other not yet delivered items. Quite a delay, when their site states that they strive to ship within 24 hours. I have now initiated a dispute with my Credit Card bank and will refuse delivery of the remaining items. My negative experience with HPFY is almost identically described by numerous other reviewers. Do not purchase from them.

The returns department has to get the return label from the manufacturer and this process typically takes a week.       I placed an order 2 weeks ago and cancelled the order a week ago and they still haven’t refunded me my money. Called again and they keep giving me the run around saying that they will get it initiated in the 24/48 hours. I don’t want to speak to them ever again. It be the same person answering the phone every time and their voice is too gay for my situation. It’s the most insincere. It seems like this business is a scam situated in a foreign country.       On 3/3/24 I ordered a CMC thumb brace and finger sleeves. The CMC brace I received was for the wrong hand and the finger sleeves were too small. I called 3/14/24 and was told I would receive a return label. After several more emails and phone calls I finally received the return label on 3/30/24. On 4/15/24 I received the correct CMC brace and they returned the finger sleeves to me. I recalled the company. They said they would issue a refund to me. I recalled the company today questioning the amount of my refund and was told there was a restocking fee which had never been mentioned previously. They then said the difference could be used on a future purchase. I said no thank you as this whole process was arduous, frustrating, and inconvenient. The website said returns are “easy.”

Restocking fees was an error so we have rectified the problem and refunded you fully for your order.       I ordered a product on 4/9/24 and cancelled the order via a phone call to customer service on 4/10/24 after confirming with the representative that the order had not been processed for shipment. I requested a full refund. The customer service representative was rude and combative during our conversation. I also followed up with an email so that my cancellation request was in writing. Per the Cancellation Policy, an order can be canceled before it has been prepared for shipment. On the morning of 4/12/24 I received an email that the product has shipped. I do not want the product, and expect a full refund.
