Cary was amazing, very thorough, took his time to help explain what he was looking at and why. About to become a first time home owner, it can be overwhelming. Having Cary review everything has already paid for itself as he picked up a plumbing issue that would have been our responsibility. I can’t speak to his professionalism and expertise enough. Do not hesitate to call him. I’ll be keeping him in my call list for any questions or problems I encounter. Thank you Cary!

Cary was extremely thorough and professional. Purchasing a home can be both exciting and stressful but he explained everything in a clear and concise manner. I recommend Cary for anyone who needs a home and/or septic inspection. Cary gave me the tools I needed to make an informed decision on the purchase of my new home. I used Cary for an inspection in ******** My knowledge was very limited and he explained every aspect in an easy to understand manner. The inspection took two and a half hours, as he had suggested, and the full report was provided the next day. We wanted an inspection to address any issues before we put the house on the market. Once identified we can begin to resolve them. The inspection was very comprehensive and allows us time to resolve what was identified during the inspection. Cary did an excellent job. Hands down - Highly recommend Cary P. O'Neil Associates for your home Inspection! I am using Cary for the second time, he is the most thorough inspector I have ever dealt with.( This will be my sixth home purchase). Cary takes the time to explain each step of the process and discloses his findings with you in a way a lay person can understand. Cary leaves no stone unturned. Nobody wants any surprises when purchasing a home and Cary will make certain they'll be none waiting for you when you move in. Cary was extremally professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took his time to make sure we looked at everything and nothing was missed. 10/10 recommend Mr. O'Neil for his services. Detailed and thoughtful reporting, fair and flexible pricing, and perhaps most importantly - RELIABLE. Cary was crucial in enabling my wife and I to make very important decisions (as well as to negotiate) during our home-buying process. Notably, he helped us to steer clear of several large, and even undisclosed, issues - effectively saving us countless dollars in what would've otherwise been unforeseen but definitely much home needed repairs. What's more, he accommodated us (and quite well I'll add) throughout all of this while we were buying from out of state!
