They charged me $95.00 just to come out and look at my toilet's filler valve. Once here, they wanted me to pay them $400.00 for a 10-minute job. I refused. I bought a valve for $35.00 on the Internet and installed it myself in 15 minutes. It was a matter of turning the water off under the toilet, unscrewing the old valve, and screwing in the new one. Shop around before you settle for the outrageous prices this company charges.Review from David M

I recommend that you avoid this company. They seem to not care one bit about the happiness of their customers. If you have a problem good luck getting someone to call you back. They did an energy audit of my home. Two people showed up and just walked around talking to each other. We had to point out where the air leaks were in the doors after they told us they were fine. Windows still had a draft after they left as well. I then hired them to install insulation in my home. They broke a water pipe in my basement dumping about 10 gallons of water in my basement. I received no phone call from the office apologizing. At the end of the job the did a air test and they were supposed to take off 250 dollars from the bill. 5 months later I get an email saying I still owed 250 dollar. I have been trying to get the invoice resolved but I have been unsuccessful. I called to speak with a manager and received no phone call back. Rude. Less than zero customer service. Confused customer service. The 2 males I spoke with in customer service very rude and not helpful. Customer service used to be good, not anymore. Took 4 phone calls to have a contract sent. No one will let a customer speak with a manager. Very difficult to get anything resolved. Very expensive.Review from Diane P.
