              I ordered a hoodie from this company for a Christmas gift for my spouse. I recieved the wrong item and contacted the company via email. I offered to purchase the wrong item as well as have them send the correct item I paid for. They said sorry were out of the item and said they issued a refund. Well I ended up washing the item I recieved so my husband could wear it since I said I'd purchase it. I got it out of the washing machine and the zipper was broken. I contacted them about this issue as well. And asked for a receipt for the refund. After several request for a receipt of refund and rude responses from this company I still have not recieved a receipt or a refund. My first email to them was on 12/8/22 they have just stopped responding to me and I need to know how to go about getting my refund. So I now have a hoodie I didn't order that has a broken zipper. And I'm out $48

              I purchased $150 worth of merchandise. it has been 3 weeks with no update. Website states: "It's important to us to keep you in the loop. You will be updated every step of the way during your order process." No updates, have not received either of my two orders and only received one confirmation number for one of the orders. The Email that they provide comes back as non-deliverable and all phone numbers associated with this company do not work. There are so many complaints about this company... just do a ****** search and check out their ******** page. Only two conclusions here. This is either a very poorly run business or it is a scam. Either way, one should stay away from doing any business with this company.
