            I attended an introduction class in August at Pole Control Studios and decided to purchase a class pass as there was an offer for 15 class pass for half off ($200). I used the class pass weekly, with it occasionally getting cancelled due to weather or instructor injury. In October, after a few weeks of the classes getting cancelled due to instructor injury, classes were cancelled and we were notified via email by John, the owner, that he was restructuring the business after his business partner left and that classes would resume in November. Since then, he has not responded to emails or calls to clarify what is going on, the class pass I had through their scheduling app has been removed, and no classes have been scheduled. Several negative reviews have been left online by other consumers and he has responded on the page calling them liars and "a joke." I believe I had 8 out of the 15 classes left on my pass, but I cannot be sure as it is no longer listed.

            DO NOT book your party here unless you want to be scammed. I booked a bachlorette party here for my best friend’s wedding on 9/3. They emailed me the day of (about an hr or 2 before), to tell me they’re cancelling. (Idk who checks their emails on a weekend, esp durinf celebrating a wedding). We’ve yet to receive a refund of over $200. I’ve called, emailed and texted. They’ll reply back weeks later, when I act as if im booking a party, but when I ask them about my refund, they’ll stop texting. They won’t email me back nor has anyone called. I’ve never felt so bamboozled in my life. Multiple people submitted their monies and traveled to be a part of this event. I’m now held responsible for everything. Idk why email and minimal text (when they feel like it) is their only form of communication My next step is to report the business. The management has horrible reviews on Facebook. BEWARE!
