            on 9/7/21 i *********** ***** did business with chips auto sales. i traded in my 2021 ****** ******** for a 2010 ********. i owed 31,455 on the subaru. i paid 18,990 for the jeep. chips gave me 27,500 for the trade. i put 4000 cash down. they did unethical things such as . they back dated a warranty to the day of the purchase so they wouldnt be relieable. during the buying process i got denied from a few banks because of a previous bankrupcy discharge. i told them it wasnt going to work out then. they were determined to make a sale so they pressured me into saying my grandfater was in the military so i got a better rate and approved for a loan. i did not want to do that as of bad karma and i knew it was unethical. they kept on saying nobody checks or asks for proof. they were very pushy to make the sale. about 4 days later the transmission was not working right and brought it back. they then back dated a warranty to the day of the purchase so they didnt have to pay. i have more info!!

            CALLED AND SPOKE WITH BOB ABOUT A JEEP, TOLD ME EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. DROVE DOWN THEIR AND MET WITH BOB IN PERSON AND FURTHER DISCUSED THE VEHICLE. WENT FOR A TEST RIDE. IT WAS EVEYTHING HE SAID IT WAS. SAT DOWN, DISCUSED PRICE AND PURCHASED THE VEHICLE. IT WAS A SMOOTH AND EASY TRANSACTION. VERY PLEASURABLE EXPERANCE. IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A USED VEHICLE I HIGHLY RECOMEND THEM. BOB WAS THE MOST INFORMATIVE AND PLEASURABLE SALES PERSON I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!
