Went to buy a **** Salesman showed me a used 2011 ******* ****** and said "this is the ONLY car you qualify for", cornering me, forcing the car upon me. I had many questions for him - he proceeded to tell me although the car had high mileage "a new engine was installed so the engine itself is new" - I later found out it wasn't/his statement was completely fabricated. He also said the rotors/brakes were upgraded, which I later found out weren't because within a month of buying the car I needed new rotors/brakes. The check engine light was off when I bought it, only for it to come back on within a few days of the sale. I now see why that was the only car he was willing to sell me, it was a lemon they wanted off their lot asap. I stupidly trusted him. Even worse, since buying it in August of 2021 the car has been brought back into the service shop about 6 times - to replace the rotors, brakes, perform common repairs that should have been done prior to it being on the lot for sale, including getting the engine light off. After thousands of dollars in repairs post-purchase, it gets worse. I had a reputable, independent shop inspect the car and all repairs KIA OF OS did - all failed. We looked up the parts they used and they were all junk parts at low cost. But on my invoice they were marked up 200-400%. That's fraudulent in my opinion. Not to mention all those repairs they did have to be redone per the independent shop. The engine light is still off after numerous promises that "this repair will take care of that" - never did. The last straw for me was the front brakes they did in May 2022 - 45 or so days ago - well, the brakes are already pulsating. The independent shop said it's the front brakes. I had to sign a waiver with the shop because my safety was in jeopardy. I couldn't afford the repair AGAIN - I had just shelled out $925 for front brakes & unauthorized repair that didn't address the concerns I relayed to them. The AC also didn't work. These guys are crooks!

Justin purchased an AS IS car from us. Even though we were not obligated to do any after sale repairs we did out of good will. Now a year later and 30,000 miles he still thinks everything should be free. The shop he took his car to measured the front brakes at 80% funny they tried to sell him new ones. Justin has tried to force us to pay him and made plenty of threats. I have reminded him it was an AS IS car when he purchased it and after 30,000 miles and a year there is going to be some maintenance you have to do on a car with 180,000 miles on it.
