    I do not recommend Chevrolet of Milford on Bridgeport avenue. My service advisor was Evan, and the manager for the service department is Amere. I do not recommend these Men. Especially if you are a woman and do not know exactly what the issue is with your car. They charged me a flat rate of $390 for a diagnosis fee and then Charged me in additional $150 for something that they did not even do to the car. I watched my car in the bay not get worked on for the seven hours that my car was in the bay. But they are claiming that they worked on it for two additional hours. They did not give me a straight answer on what the problem was regarding my vehicle. When they gave me my vehicle at 5 o’clock my car did not start. They came out, ran additional codes. It finally started. I drove last night the same day I got my car fixed and I was left stranded. My car did not turn on for about an hour this morning I was on my way to bring my child to school and my car did not start again, I called the dealership and spoke with Evan. He told me that it’s my fault because I was in a rush to have my car done when I was sitting there for four hours. I had dropped it off early in the morning. Nothing was done I went to look in the window where my car was and my car was just sitting there. No one was working on it , but they claim they worked on it for six hours which is completely false. The manager Amere was not helpful. Had an attitude did not try to help or try to escalate the issue. He just seemed to allow them to do their job which he was, unaware of what they were even doing , I do not recommend this place whatsoever. My first experience ever being at Chevrolet getting my car worked on and I will never be back here again. Evan is rude. disrespectful yelled at me on the phone, especially being a woman this is unacceptable. By the way they both treated me you would think they had all the job security in the world.
