STAY AWAY FROM THE PLACE!!!! I would give this company Zero stars if at all possible. I had to get an oil tank removed from my house. I was quoted $1250 plus the cost of a Vac Truck if needed of $400 and $1.05 per gallon of removal of oil. Therefore it would be $1250 if Tank is found to empty. I placed the $900 down at signing. Got charged for that. The Excavator came, and dug up the Oil Tank. I was personally there during the whole process. There was no Oil in the tank at all. No need for VAC truck, and None came. Also spoke with the person removing the oil that that infact the oil tank is Completely empty. One week later I get a bill email that there is a additional cost of $500 since it was 1000 gallon tank. (Nowhere in the contract does it state what larger tanks will cost). Ok Fine, I understood. Also in the bill there was a $400 charge for the VAC Truck and 100 Gallons charges ($105) for the removal of the oil, BUT THERE NEVER WAS ANY VAC TRUCK OR OIL!!!! So they billed me extra $505 dollars. Thinking it was a mistake, I did not approve the charge, but they Charged me the remaining balance and the $505 without my consent the day after the bill was given, since they already had my credit card info. I tried to get a hold of them for months and now they refuse to come on the phone. I have e-mail, called, everything! They just ignore me now. I am now left to dispute this with my credit card company which is not easy since they charged me for everything without my consent. The contract is very vague and they know it, so I am sure they scam people like this all the time. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, if they get a hold of your Credit Card, its open season!
