            On December 7 2021, as a returning customer I ordered a handmade wooden children's play fridge for $199 through their website (order no 1********9). It was supposed to be received within 2 weeks for Christmas . On 12/16 and 12/21 I emailed the business order to check on the status with no reply. We also tried calling. I then found the business on Etsy and sent a note on 1/4 and 1/6 to prompt a reply. Finally on 1/7 I received a reply that the season was busy and they had run out of shipping boxes but that they would begin shipping again the following week. I didn't receive the fridge so I checked in on 1/19 and 1/31 with no reply. On 3/19 I received an email that my item had shipped along with a FedEx tracking number 7763********. It still says Pending and that only shipping information, but no item was provided to Fedex. Again, I sent an email inquiring on 3/30 with no response. My final email was on 6/1 telling them that I would be reaching out to the BBB to report them. I would either like the product that we originally ordered to actually arrive or I would like to be issued a refund (I paid via credit card)

            I purchased a wooden toy kitchen on May 26, 2020 for my preschool classroom. My co workers purchased the same product a few years ago and have been pleased with the quality of the product. They also received their order promptly, including emails of shipments. I have sent countless emails through the website, social media sites, and left messages directly on the phone number on my invoice and website. Over the last 7 months, no one has returned my phone calls nor emails about my product. I realize that times may be tough in a pandemic, but common curtesy and customer service would be appreciated.
