My son attended keene State for 3 years and recentlyjust graduated. We have been having problems with their billing and financial aid department. I Had a meeting a few months ago with the financial aid department to go over discrepancies with the bill and they have yet to come to a conclusion. Keene States bills come out and are due in August and December for the school year.I have taken out loans as well as him to cover the cost of tuition. As of 1/30/2023 his bill reflects a negative balance of $1,512the yet on 03 /24/2023 Keene is telling my sone he now has a bill of 3,126.00. As of May 5th 2023 he received a scholarship fro 2,500 which I dropped off the day before graduation and the balance due at the time was now 1,646. which this scholarship would cover with a expected refund to us of 856.00. On 05/22 he also received a scholarship in the amount of 465.00 which also should have been rounded to us. As of today he has a balance due of 818.00 and Keene Sate can not explain to me how this is happening. He is not enrolled at keene State as he just graduated. Please help me look into this as I find something is very wrong with their billing system and we are owed the money the owe us for being over charged and for him not receiving the money owed to him
