              Quite rude, I walked in there to inquire about trading and some silver gold palladium and platinum and the owner told me to not say anything and then pointed to a piece of paper detailing how they purchase items, without me responding he asked aggressively if they were stolen and when I said no he informed me I should leave because he's not a bank. He probably should have inquired whether I wanted to sell, trade, exchange or anything along the lines but instead I felt like he was an elitist slum pawn shop treating me like a 3 a.m. junkie.

              We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. We certainly did not mean to insult you personally. We have been purchasing silver, gold and coins from customers for a very long time. The town of Plaistow requires us to hold items that we purchase for 21 days before we can sell them again. This is in case they are reported as stolen items. Our policy is to provide a company check that is post dated by 10 business days
