    The service department at this dealership has got to be one of the worst in the country....I purchased a 2020 GMC Sierra 3500 new in January of 2020...at 4k miles I reported a problem with the brakes...service department did an inspection of the brakes and deemed the problem faulty factory installed brake shoes...they said they would fix it under warranty but did not have the parts...they were waiting for revised brakes shoes as other trucks had the same issue...said they would notify me when the revised brake shoes were available...time went by...I would ask at every oil change...their reply..."still waiting "....at 36k the truck is about undeliverable due to this brake condition...I called service, they said they now have the parts to fix it but I would have to pay for it as the truck is out of warranty at this point....can you believe this *****....this issue was reported and documented at 4k miles....not my fault they did not have the parts to fix it....I have to call GM customer service corporate and file this issue with them ...they finally get the dealership to agree to do the brakes...I bring the truck in and they replace front brakes....after stating they would do front and rear if necessary....pick up the truck, they say rear brakes are fine...drive the truck off the lot and the brakes are as bad as when it went in.. A tech drives the truck and deems rear brakes junk...said they should have been replaced as well...service department won't fix it....back to square one with GM customer service...do yourself a favor and run, don't walk from this dealership...their practices borderline on criminal and definitely fall under the fraud category.
