            Multiple residents including myself has called and complained about the ac units blowing out hot air. The weather has been in the 90s so it feels even hotter in the units. We have a lot of elderly people here who shouldn’t be in these overheated apartments. The company refuses to do anything about it. The heating and cooling are all connected and they some how control it even though it’s claimed to be tenant controlled.

            Montlack Reality deserves a Z-. It has been a nightmare to live under their (land)lordship lately. No heat in winter, no A/C in the heat. The doors are often wide open and elevators nonoperational, because they break so frequently and are never fixed. Virtually no snow plowing, so it is normal to get stuck in your own driveway even you make it all the way from your work, say. Hallway carpets, refrigerators and other appliance provided by the owner are 25+ years old. Cockroach infestation every six month. The management team (specially Butch-Dawn-CPMG) is unhelpful, rude and condescending to say the least. And good luck in getting your security money back, even partially, if you really rent with them and want to move out.
