They were awesome! We called and explained our problem. We were told they could get someone out between 4 - 6 pm. Within 20 minutes we got a call back saying our tech would be there in 30 to 45 minutes. That was shortly after 3pm. We got a confirmation complete with a photo of the tech. He was there by 3:40 pm. Paul was very polite, knowledgeable and thorough. Problem solved. We are more than happy with the response, expediecy and efficiency of Mr. Rooter. Can't say enough about them. Highly recommend this company!

Michael G was professional, prompt and experienced in his trade. I contacted Mr. Rooter in regards to a leaking pipe and I was not sure of what exactly was causing the issue. Michael inspected different areas and the source was found. The repairs were done and additional repairs too. I'm older and I am very thankful for Michael G and the repairs that he has completed. We had A nightmare of A situation with this company and will never use them ever again. Not only did they leave A giant hole in our basement but never resolved our issue. Now our drain is even more backed up then when they first came out. They even left A large piece of hose in our pipe and I will make sure all of my friends on social media know how bad we where treated. I intend on contacting Fox 8 investigative reports about our situation.Review from Dennis P
