Samir and his team are simply the best. From the screening application to closing our new house CREFCO was there to make sure things were going smoothly and that we fully understood each step as it was occurring. I know this sounds like an ad but seriously they made the process nearly frictionless and very approachable. My wife and I are (were) scared and confused first time home buyers and now we own a house-- Something we never thought would happen and it wouldn't have happened without CREFCOReview from Jimmy L

Working with Crefco was great. Darleen and her team were excellent and professional. Any questions were answered when we asked. They treated us with respect and not dumb people out looking for something they can’t afford. Darleen had our spending limit for us before we even started looking. And they helped us with every question about places we were looking at. I would recommend CREFCO to everyone looking to buy a house. Between her, her team, and our realtor ( which by the way Darleen provided) was the best experience you could have in buying a home. Thank you to the whole team.Review from Adam B

?????????? Our family recently bought our first home, and we couldn't be more grateful to Samir and the entire team at Crefco. Originally, we struggled to get approved to buy a home, but luckily we were referred to Samir and his team by Rocket Mortgage. From the start, they made the process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to their support and hard work, we are now proud homeowners of our dream house. Samir and his team were caring, helpful, and truly dedicated to making this a positive experience for us. I had an excellent experience with CREFCO Financial group. Their exceptional service is Unsurpassable. The Process, when is smooth as possible? And I was very pleased. When the team at Crefco say they strive to make the road to ownership as smooth and stress free as possible they mean it. They really made the process more enjoyable than hectic. I had a busy schedule during the time and I did not feel overwhelmed because they had my best interest and kept me on top of what was needed on my end and handled the rest. I love that it is a black owned business and a family business. However they are very professional . I felt like a part of the family. Thank you Crefco for walking me into my new home and for linking me with my agent Rachel as well. I started out in their road to home ownership classes and Darlene said ‘we are getting in a home before the end of 2023’ and it happened!!! Thank you Crefco family??Review from Brian K

It was an absolute pleasure working with CREFCO Financial Group. Samir and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and driven by their work. In addition to their technical abilities, Samir and his team genuinely care about their clients. Purchasing a home is stressful, but Destinee and Darlene were always available to provide guidance and insight throughout the process. Samir, Darlene and Destinee are the A-Team in making a dream a reality on owning a home. Our journey in the process started the month of June 2023 and we finally closed on the house we wanted the month of December 2023. Everything was done over the phone, texting and email. We did not have to step one foot in there building. The A-Team were patient with us in the situation we had to accomplish first and they communicated with us excellently through the process. Samir and Destinee went above and beyond for us for our first home purchase! They were so helpful with explaining every single part of the process, were quick with getting things processed and were always so pleasant and understanding with us. They made this experience an unforgettable one and will definitely go to them for anything else. 10/5 stars for sure. Such an amazing team that really puts their customers first.
