What a wonderful idea for us (especially those with medical background) to be able to order preventive testing without a middle man. From the moment I started speaking with Norman, he demonstrated great understanding and professionalism, a perfect recipe for good health and I will gladly recommend this company.

I needed to get some blood work done and used the "request a test" site to complete my order and payment. It was easier to use than expected. Once I showed up at the lab, I realized I did not make the correct order. I called the toll-free number to see if the mistake could be fixed so that I didn't have to go back to the lab on another day. Well, thanks to Darlene I was able to get the blood work done that day as she was able to fix my order. I even got a credit back to my credit card since I ordered items the test did not need.
