              I purchased (4) items, 3 necklaces and 1 dog tag that were to be personalized on DEC 10th, when I received my items, the engravings were not correct, I took the items back to the store on DEC 26th to have the engravings corrected not knowing the store was going out of business.it is now FEB 6th and do not have my items or the money that I paid for these items

              Right before christmas I bought two jewelry boxes one for my mom and one for my mother in law. I paid 80$ a piece for one a total of $160. The day after christmas the same jewelry boxes were 19$ each. My bad for being dumb and paying for a very high marked up item. I called customer service to see if I can get a discount on at least one of the jewelry boxes and they said no. My advice is if you want to buy something from here wait until after the holidays. They have a huge mark up on these items. I don't want any one else taken by this company. I told them I would leave this review and they said that was fine. Don't be dumb like me and pay almost 75% more for an item only worth 19$.
