If I could leave negative stars i would. They gave me a cheaper model mattress than I purchased and it a used mattress. I paid $3000 for a king Beautyrest Black C Class mattress and before I purchased i asked if there was a 120 night sleep trial that if I didn't like it or if something was wrong with it I could get another mattress or my money back but I had to pay $199 for the mattress protector for this. I was moving into a new house so I had it delivered there. I slept on it for one month and the whole time my body was sinking into the mattress and the sides were folding up. I'm 115 pounds my body should not be sinking into this mattress. I took the mattress cover off and noticed a bunch of glitter all over the mattress like a stripper had been sleeping on it. I called the company multiple times and left messages. They tried to get me to do a warranty claim through Beautyrest. I said I'm way in the time of my 120 night sleep trial. He said we don't have that it's 30 days. I said that is not what you told me and I would never pay $199 for a 30 night trial nobody would and this is a high end mattress. He said he would have Chip call me. I called Beautyrest told them what was going on with my mattress. She had me read the tags on the mattress. That's when I read it wasn't even the correct mattress I purchased and I purchased it late November, 2020 and the date was March 2020 on the tag. The representative said they gave you a cheaper model and from what you are saying this mattress sounds like it is a used mattress which we've been having problems with companies selling used Beautyrest mattresses. She looked up their name and said we don't do warranties with that company either so you would have to do it on your own but you wouldn't receive the mattress you originally purchased you would receive the same cheaper model. She then asked me to read of my invoice to her which I did and she said they didn't even put what class mattress you purchased on your invoice like all companies usually do. She said sounds like they did that on purpose. So I called Lasalle back and spoke with Pete and told him what Beautyrest said he said I needed to do a warranty claim there was nothing he could do because it was now past the 120 days since they kept blowing me off. I said I want the owner to call me. Still nothing from the owner so me and my boyfriend went into the store and spoke to the owner which told us he would contact Beautyrest and get my correct mattress I ordered and that yes the glitter and sagging did not seem normal. I said so you are going to order the mattress model I actually purchased from Beautyrest and he said yes and he would tell them about the glitter and sagging on the one I received. I asked why I received the incorrect mattress which is $1000 cheaper then what I paid and he said he didn't know Pete wasn't there for him to ask and the model wasn't written on my invoice. I said i know that's not normal for a company not to write exactly what i purchased. He said it happens I'll take care of it and shook our hands and said he would get this fixed immediately. Well after weeks of not hearing from him I called and Pete told me Chip said warranty it through Beautyrest. I said no this is your businesses fault you gave me a lower model mattress than what I paid for and its used. He said Beautyrest said all their Beautyrest Black mattresses have glitter in their mattresses. I said I want the c class I purchased not this cheaper model I'm bringing this mattress back to you this evening. He said don't bother it will sit outside until garbage comes and gets it and you won't have your money or a mattress. He then hung up on me. I called Beautyrest back and she said she's never heard of the glitter being in their black mattresses. The representative got ahold of the supervisor of production of Beautyrest and he said there is absolutely no glitter put into any of their mattresses at all. The Beautyrest representative said she was calling Lasalle furniture and tell them glitter was not normal and this was not the mattress I purchased and the mattress was used. I also called and spoke to Pete and told him that the supervisor of production for Beautyrest mattresses said there is no glitter put into any of their mattresses. Pete said deal with it and hung up on me. I ended up reporting it to my back because I paid with my debit card. I ended up losing because the mattress model was not put on my invoice or I would have won. The supervisor at the bank said seemed like they knew if they didn't put the model on the invoice that they wouldn't get into trouble. He also said u didn't return it. I said I called and told them I was bring it back during my 120 night sleep trial and they said don't bother it will just sit outside and they wouldn't do anything about it. I've been sleeping on the couch for months now because this mattress is not what I purchased and is used. My next step is calling the attorney General and I've already got a lawyer. I will be taking this company to court. Lasalles also told the bank they only sell one model Beautyrest. Funny because I have and showed the bank the Lasalles flier of $800 off all Beautyrest Black mattresses, my text messages to Chip and Pete and recordings with Chip and Pete since I've tried to return this mattress months ago. My lawyer also said he was going to make sure that Lasalles paid him my attorney plus extra for the 6 months of crap they have put me through and he is turning them in for selling a used mattress plus a used mattress during covid. Customer received mattress that she selected, ordered, and that is on her invoice and was delivered to her on her requested delivery date. We wish her the best in the future .Review from Nikita R

Absolutely Horrible Place!!! Do Not Purchase From Here. Took my mother her to purchase some new furniture and what they delivered (over a month later) was used furniture. The living room set had rat/mouse dropping throughout it and was chewed up and filthy. When we contacted them they ignored us for three months then after my husband went up there they called her back and said all furniture is "As Is" and she has the option of purchasing the protection for an additional $200 after she's already spent almost $5,000! What a rip off. We plan on suing them and hoping to force them to close. Please don't shop here. Very condescending to woman and people of color. We paid cash and that seemed to upset them as they wanted her to finance which is why they probably did this. If we had wanted used furniture we would've went to a thrift shop and not spent all this money. Shame on you and I hope your business closes and you have to purchase rat feces filled furniture like you sell.LaSalle Furniture & Mattress Liquidators Response

I'm sorry but this complaint is just crazy. 1) What company in the world ever didn't want cash??? 2) Our Customer Service Manager is a woman, our Sr. Salesperson is Arab-American. LaSalle Furniture has served Cleveland community for over 75 years with people of all colors served to the best of our ability. 3) this customer was delivered, and serviced twice with signatures stating NO FURTHER SERVICE NEEDED twice. 4) We have never carried or on plan on carrying used furniture. Please be aware we have invoices for everything on that invoice showing product ordered and shipped directly from the manufacturer. You can lie all you want, we have the receipts to prove where the truth lies.
