      I have been paying on my car for 2 yrs directly out of bank account never late never missing a payment. They did not take the pymnt for the scheduled month I did not catch it as to why I set up direct pymnt the following mnth they hit my account for two car payments so I call and dispute I told my bank and they gave me a credit. Lol will get back that issue. As i was stating i dispute it the charge then a get threatening msg i contacted the rep as the message states tried to understand the gentleman but his indian accent was to difficult to understand so I requested his supervisor said I dont need to I explain to this person that I work in a bank as a armed officer and I've ask if it is common for bank not to transfer calls to supervisors when requested finally get a woman better with English I explain what happened and she stated rude and difficult till I told her to come and pick up the ***** car With the woman telling me that she this and that the she did the DOD paddle LGM is bot in the repo business anyway the thing was that this lady made me do all kinds of things with understand that when I did everything she would be able to the two payments at the end of my contract I did everything we agreed on came in and made my payment for that mnth full payment I called spoke to her about payment she said thank you and that she had also gotten my two payment move to the of the contract as we had discussed. I got my bank letter informed me that they are taking the money back that they gave me as a temporary credit and everything from that point on my life , rent, acc, my finances are all upside down I will be looking for a lawyer that has heart to take this case .

      This company called my husband regarding a late payment. When he let them know we use smart pay and the payment comes from them, the man became belligerent and yelled at my husband regarding a payment being late. When my husband again explained that smart pay gives them the payment he continued to degrade and lecture my husband about how late payments "cannot happen" mind you we didn't know the payment was late as Smart Pay handles the payment for us. His customer service was horrible and he should not be working for this company. If I judge a company by one employee I would say this company is aggressive, rude, and scammy. Find better people to work for you.

      Terrible customer service company has auto pay set up but insist on calling to make payment by phone that charges an extra $5 free which adds up when again automatic payments are on account and cannot remove or reimburse fees

      This worst company ever to do business with. I don’t know how this company got an A-!!! If I knew how this company was I would have went elsewhere! They make up their own rules and will constantly call you until you pickup. They are rude and very unprofessional. God forbid if you have a financial issue going on to where you can’t pay your car note on time that will request all of your bank information your bank, routing number your bank account number all that stuff to take a look at your account to see if you’re telling the truth to me, this is of my privacy and should not be allowed. The fact they keep asking for my bank information it’s crazy. I have asked several times to not call me between certain hours because I am at work and guess what they do. They call me between those hours nonstop to the point where I have to turn my phone off because they will not stop calling me not only will they not stop calling they will call me three times less than a minute. This is considered harassment and I keep telling them stop harassing me the more you call, the longer you gonna have to wait for my payment there is no understanding with this company. There’s nothing this company. This company is a piece of shit! No values here no morals here nothing just straight, cutthroat rude, and uncaring people working here by law. I have 30 days to make a payment before my payment is considered late and can be reported to the credit bureau. This company will charge me a fee if I’m two weeks late, this is unheard of this is not my first payment or anything. I cannot wait to refinance to get the **** away from this company and I mean every word I’m saying I do not care about this company at all the people here that work for this company are like no other. I will and I am going to start searching for another coming to refinance with because this company here is not it and should not be running or to serve anyone.

      Where do I start with this company. Run away please don’t do business with them they are the worse!! They are very rude and unprofessional. My car note is $500 every month. I pay $250 every two weeks totaling the amount of $500 per month. Back in August 2023 I got paid three times that month. And they tried to take an extra payment from me for $200. So, that I would pay a total amount of $700 for August. I told them my car payment was paid in full for the month of August. For the last four months this company was been harassing me calling my family and friends. Sending multiple emails and text messages throughout the day making threats. Coming to my house demanding payments. They keep adding on late fees from August when they said I didn’t make a payment. But I did they just wanted an extra payment. This company needs to be shut down they are so unprofessional. I never missed one payment since I been with them. I’m not understanding why do I have to pay my car note three times in one month if it’s already paid in full for that month.

      DO NOT I Repeat Do Not Do ANY business with these fraudulent loan sharks they are very very rude very very bad communication skills they will give you the runaround don't nobody ever know anything they are trying to get money by all means necessary they will lie to you in order to get any piece of money from you I had a vehicle that got repo from from now I got it out the repo and we took it to the service center they never called me to tell me the car was going to be moved they tried to overpriced cuz it was their service center they tried to overprice the fixing of vehicle the car wasn't even worth that money of what the service center was trying to say it needed to be fixed so after they couldn't get the money that way they repoed the vehicle and held my vehicle so that I could not come and get it and then ask me to pay for the repo a second time I do not know what condition the vehicle is in because they first told me the engine was gone then they told me that the car is drivable and would not relinquish my car after the fact of me paying the repo fee and all the car was supposed to be getting was fixed but they couldn't fix it because they wanted to charge a very very outrageous price to fix it they harass you very badly calling you 456 times in a day leaving message after message some of my rude when they call you and leave a message they will shut your car down if you have the automatic kill switch if you're just maybe a cent or more that you may have to pay they will shut your car down for a cent you can't pay online because that sometimes doesn't take your payment so they get you to call in and then have a $5 convenience fee every time you're paying your car note on top of what you owe I'm telling you don't do business with these people they are long shirts and they need a class action suit taking on there establishment

      Hello, LGM Auto Finance appreciates the Better Business Bureau’s communication in helping us resolve any customer service issues. We regard customer service as the focal point of our business and are committed to maintaining exemplary support and service for our customers. This customer’s vehicle was repossessed due to defaulting on their contractual payments. Per the Right to Cure required by Ohio law, the amount to cure the default was $1,064.55. We received a payment of $275.31 on October 9, 2023 and another payment of $50.00 on October 24, 2023. That is not the full and due Right to Cure amount which the customer was informed of when we sent the Right to Cure Letter via Certified Mail. If the customer requires any more information we’d request they reach out so that we can explain the circumstances here more clearly. At this time, we believe all customer concerns have been addressed.       I traded my car in to another company and they still trying to take out the money. I have called them several times to tell them the reps are very rude and when I ask to speak to an sup they give me the run around and kept asking me when I going to make a payment, They have trying to take the money out of my account for the last 11 days now. They will be getting a paid off they just have to wait, Do not do business with them again I only had 3 more payment left and they are not getting another dime out of me, If I could give me a zero start I would again do not do business with.

      I cannot get away from LGM fast enough. Everything started fine when I first financed my car through them in 2020. Towards the end of 2021 there had been some minor issues with the online portal, but those were generally rectified soon. Now, in 2022, I am consistently facing problems paying my bill. The online portal is rarely working and customer service provides no help or explanation about why it's down and when it'll be back up. When I first started paying over the phone it wasn't an issue because my bank account has been tied to my LGM account since I got the vehicle. Now any time I try to pay over the phone they're asking for card and banking information, which I'm not giving to them. They offer no other solutions. I'm currently in the process of refinancing now that I've gotten a chance to build my credit. I wish I had never dealt with LGM. I ignored the reviews left back in 2019 and 2020 before I got my car, and now I'm paying for it. Don't make the same mistake.

      Zero stars! I have never experienced this type of unprofessionalism with a company before. The representatives are rude, they do not listen, and give you the run around when you have a complaint or issue. I have had representatives hang up on me and curse. They have taken money from my bank account without permission on two different occasions. When asked to speak to a supervisor or manager I have to continuously ask before I am transferred; however, I do not feel that anyone is held accountable for their actions. I am considering refinancing my loan is for 5 years and I can't see myself doing business with them. Please beware.
