              My power was cut off due to non payment. The company is paid through a 3rd party (****). I had to come outta pocket $175 just to reactivate my service. I was told I was giving a “emergency cut on” because someone in my house is on a breathing machine. I was lied too multiple times and when asked to speak to a supervisor everyone hung up the phone.

              CPP doesn't respect its customers, especially when your power is out, you call to inquire what is going on. They reply "our team is working on it." But there isn't a crew around doing squat. We have been without power now for going on 24 hours, but all "customer service" can do is hang up on you!? What kind of PR is this? This is a heartless company who needs serious professional training in Public Relations. Especially the ignorant overnight crew who is POed they are working while their friends are out partying!!
