            I purchased my home in 2012 and 6 months after I moved in, a horizontal crack appeared in my basement foundation wall. Since the home was stated as fully waterproofed and "structurally fixed" the year prior to purchasing, the seller provided me Britt Waterproofing (Nicholas R*******'s) contact information to come take a look at the issue as Britt Waterproofing was the company that did this work. He came by and said he stands by his work and not sure why it happened but he would give me a 15 year warranty on the basement and to give it time it should just settle. I have gone back and forth with him for the past 8 years now (when he chooses to answer my calls or texts) which is rarely. He has stopped out multiple times in the past 8 years and always leaves with the statement that he will have to think about what the solution would be and he is not sure why this is happening. After 8 years, present day 2021, this crack has gotten extremely worse and is now 1 inch wide. No fix or response
