I contacted PSE credit union by 4 email, one postal service mail and one phone call, in month of February 2024. They will report you to Credit Bureau if you ask upsetting questions. I just wanted to use my money that I worked . I don't make compliant, however I want to warn people about the Credit Score. That was a dirty move.

I left a message to remove the monthly checking fee, they messaged me back if I was unhappy about it I could do banking elsewhere So I am looking at other options now, and as a member since 1976. This was unsettling. The message used poor grammar and did not make sense. The supervisor said it was auto generated.. lol.

The PSE Credit Union in Parma does not appear to be African American friendly. I have had several horrible experiences in this place. Every service I 've ever requested has always been shared and echoed across the entire Credit Union. If I needed to pass a payment, it was broadcasted. If I was delinquent on my mortgage, it was broadcasted across the credit union. I feel like it was their way of making me feel small or an attempt to shame me. I had to go in the credit union to address rude messages that were left on my voicemail. Yes it was an attempt to collect my mortgage payment that was late, but I do not care how late was, am or will be, call my house respectfully. The supervisor became more compassionate once I addressed him. When I asked to see him, he asked for someone to accompany him, as if I was a danger to him. The person pretended to not be there in case I was going to be a crazy person. I simply told him that he lacked compassion and was very insensitive. I requested for him to identify what would happen to me, instead of saying " You're going to be in trouble" He never said what type of trouble, but made sure he reported me to the credit bureau every chance he got to reduce my credit score. I own that I fell on hard times and was late, but they need to have discretion when dealing with people and speak to me like a person. On 7/24/23. I had to get the run around about getting my $260.00 released to me. It was a lot of being told to hold on and referrals to other people, going in there in person and being spoken about across the credit union once again, this time like I wasn't standing there. They had to brief the supervisor about my money loudly. Ultimately he released it, but they made sure that they tried to embarrass me first. Also, I was informed that I pay a higher interest rate by 80% of people with the same credit profile according to Credit K***a.

This place is the absolute worst. Do not ever apply for a loan here. I paid off my loan completely and closed my account and they are still taking money out of my checking account two months later. As I write this they have still have not resolved the issue. I have called them and emailed them and their response is either nil or horrendous. I have tried again and again to log onto my account with no success. My God, this is the worst business I've ever dealt with in my life!
