I wouldn’t Recommend, was rude and did not wear a face mask, with 84 year old lady in the house. the only thing ask was to make sure he put insulation back and the door going to the attic, Dan K**** purposely and maliciously did not put them back.

it is inappropriate for you to review our services as we did not perform services for you. We did perform a home inspection at your for sale property for a potential buyer and if he did not purchase your property due to the findings of the inspection, that is unfortunate, but not grounds for your inappropriate and baseless review of our service. You, nor the 84 year old you mention above, were there during the inspection of your property until he was just about finished. It was a 3 hour appointment and the potential buyer was with the Inspector until nearly the end of that 3 hour appt and he indicated the Inspector was "overly nice" to the family members who were present . Upon arrival, the Inspector asked the person who let him in if they wanted him to wear his mask and was told that it wasn't necessary. As a reminder, the day before this appt. the CDC changed their guidelines to, a mask is not required for individuals who are vaccinated. Also, when he arrived he was advised of your concern about the attic insulation and scuttle door from prior inspections performed on your property, by other companies, and was therefore conscientious about making sure he secured the scuttle and cleaned up any fallen insulation that fell under his ladder. We wish your family all the best and good luck on the sale of your property, but please stop attacking us on-line.
