Additionally, my email inquiries concerning payments and repairs remained unaddressed. Subsequently, I received notices indicating that my vehicle was slated for sale without any subsequent communication from PFSC. Following engagement with another PFSC representative, I was assured that the situation was acknowledged as unjust, prompting the drafting of this correspondence. Ms. Christine also acknowledged the unfairness of my situation, considering my proactive efforts to address the issues. After a negative experience with the finance company, repair shop, and dealership, I was presented with the option of making a down payment on another vehicle. I seek clarity on the treatment I have received and anticipate a prompt resolution of these matters.
