    Since acquiring my **** ***** ***** in February 2023, I have encountered persistent issues. Subsequent to the purchase, ******** ***** **** inspected the vehicle, revealing engine, head gasket, transmission, and coolant concerns. Despite forwarding the invoice to ********** **** ******, I was instructed to have the repairs conducted at **** **********, with a notable three-month waiting period. In November 2023, the engine of my vehicle failed, prompting me to have it towed to **** **********. Subsequently, the mechanic, Dan, recommended a complete engine replacement to address the multiple issues after expressing uncertainty about the repairs. Despite being initially informed that PFSC would not cover an engine replacement, a conversation with my account manager, Ms. Michelle, revealed a miscommunication within the organization regarding the repair process. Despite my consistent efforts to communicate the ongoing issues with my ***** *****, I have encountered significant challenges with **** ********** and ********** **** ****** in facilitating the necessary repairs. While awaiting a response from my account manager at PFSC, my vehicle was repossessed from the repair shop without prior notification. Despite multiple attempts to contact my account manager during the vehicle's stay at **** **********, my calls went unanswered. Additionally, my email inquiries concerning payments and repairs remained unaddressed. Subsequently, I received notices indicating that my vehicle was slated for sale without any subsequent communication from PFSC. Following engagement with another PFSC representative, I was assured that the situation was acknowledged as unjust, prompting the drafting of this correspondence. Ms. Christine also acknowledged the unfairness of my situation, considering my proactive efforts to address the issues. After a negative experience with the finance company, repair shop, and dealership, I was presented with the option of making a down payment on another vehicle. I seek clarity on the treatment I have received and anticipate a prompt resolution of these matters. Notably, my account contains detailed notes, and I believe my past calls are documented, supporting my account.
