              This school is dishonest about their wait times. Put my son on a waiting list in June for in-car instruction. After a couple months I got a call stating he had reached the top of their waiting list. I informed them he was finishing his online drivers education and wasnt ready yet. The woman I spoke with on the phone stated that it was no problem even with him being only halfway through his online class. She stated he would remain next in line when he was done. They didnt ask for any form of payment at that time. I called back several weeks later when he was finished and spoke with a different woman who was so rude and unhelpful it was almost comical. She pretended she couldnt find us in her system at all and tried to convince me I called the wrong school. I had to reference my emails and voicemails that I saved from the company and then she became scornful and angry. When I spoke with her superior I found out that the company has two wait lists. They add you to one for approximately two months- this is made clear when you contact the company. However, once you reach the top of that list they collect payment and add you to a SECOND list that adds 10 more weeks to your wait- this was never mentioned. I find this extremely deceptive and misleading. Even if we hadnt asked for my son to finish the online driving portion it would have been at least an 18-week wait -when they only quoted 2 months initially.

              We apologize that you have had an unpleasant experience. Due to complications with COVID-19, we have been experiencing longer than normal wait times to complete the 8-hours of behind the wheel lessons for teen students. The wait time that we give out is an approximation and we do our best to keep things on track. When you reached out to us in August our wait time was different than it is now in October. When you called in to our Corporate office on 10/14/21 with your initial complaint, we offered to expedite the wait time and put your son ahead of our other students to get your son scheduled in with an Instructor within 3-4 weeks. Each Instructor is typically scheduled out two weeks in advance, so we were not able to get your son in any sooner than the 3-4 week time frame that you were given over the phone. You stated that unfortunately the 3-4 week time frame that we gave you would not suffice, and you would need to contact a different school.We apologize again for the inconvenience that you have experienced. The Driver Training Industry has experienced a variety of hurdles throughout the past year and a half while we attempt to safely navigate through the pandemic. We apologize that we were not able to provide this service to you and your student, however we want to wish you both the best!
