            I ordered WOOD closeout picture frames from their website. I received all manmade products with paper wraps printed in wood grain. These will not suit my needs. The items were misrepresented online. Even the pictures show wooden construction. The invoice and packing slip says WOOD. I called to offer to return them and Andrew stated that all sales are final and no returns or refunds are allowed. This would've been fine IF I HAD RECEIVED WOOD AS ORDERED. The type of wood and the profile/style does not matter to me but the reason I went with them in the first place is that I need real wood frames, not China made junk. Then I ended up with USA made junk. They even did a poor job of making the junky frames. See pictures.
