    On July 6 2022 a tornado felled a tree that hit my house. I contacted **** homeowners insurance and they sent a man to draw up an estimate on or about 7/13. At 7/29 Josh Frisby came to my house to look over the damage at which time I gave him the written estimate from ****. On or about 8/12 I paid Frisby $2600.00 to start the contract. On or about 8/26 I contacted Mandy L** at Frisby because after writing the check, I never got another word from Frisby Construction. I got a bit of a runaround and no action. On 9/22 I texted Josh Frisby about why nothing was being done. He blamed the ****, so I called **** and was told that the only contact from Frisby was to request a copy of the initial estimate. This was September 22 and who knows when Frisby lost the initial **** estimate. After several text messages to Mandy, I got a letter in the mail from the Ohio Department of Insurance. Where they needed to team up with **** and Frisby to litigate the estimate that Frisby had in mind. Mandy at this point hadn't even contacted **** to discuss the amended estimate. after some back and forth to Mandy, I convinced her to just call **** and when she finally talked to a **** rep, they gave her all she asked for. This was on or about October 26. On or about November 11, I got a text from Josh Frisby telling me how insensitive I was to Mandy about all the hold ups and that insurance companies lie. After several back and forths through text and email. I decided to cut contact as it was clear that Frisby was not going to take responsibility for their lack of action. On or about November 11, I sent $3508.03 to Frisby for the added amount of the amended estimate. Then again several weeks and no contact. I contacted them. From then on, every month or so, I have been getting "we haven't forgotten about you" messages. On or about March 22, a representative from a company contracted by Frisby to measure the trusses.Frisby has not contacted me to this day

    I got a roof installed by frisby ( my permit and receipt both say 4-1-21 ) so around that time frame paid 8k outta pocket they was supposed to replace damaged deck and shingles with a ridge vent . As of today (3-26-24 ) I had to refinance my home to have a complete roof tore off everything from the decking to the shingles . I have photos and other things as proof of this . Cost me 25k and some change still counting . I’ve reached out to frisby a few times and they send me to KEVIN voicemail not sure who that is . But left a message twice no response. Well why getting new roof I decided to get estimates on gutters . I get an email and calls about that but nothing from the roof aspect . Everything on the roof was damage due to improper ridge venting anytime it rained it would get wet . The full roof just stepping on it would go through the deck. I don’t expect anything done since I’ve already paid for it / but think it’s funny and messed up how they can’t return a call on a complaint but can on new business quote
