Contract was not detailed with exact work details such as the hourly price. It was a general estimate price, not broken down. Refused to replace venting in garage that his contractor tore out that was not part of the project. Totally refused & threaten to take me to court. Highly recommend NOT TO HIRE Scott P******.

( Date -5-11-24.) AMC prposed a written estimate to **** on 7-27-21. It was presented as an estimated cost and the cost for hourly and administrative work was presented. **** accepted the proposal on or about 7-28-21 and the work was started on 8-10-21. and completed on or about 8-14-21. **** comp[lained that the cleaning of related debris in the yard , which was tiny pieces of insulation...was not good enough and also she had to paint the attic access cover. AMC came back and did more cleaning of debris in the yard and was prepared to paint the attic cover , but she would not let us in the house. On 8-15-21 AMC presented a final invoice which reflected the final labor and materials cost which came in less then the original estimate. AMC gave **** a credit for clean up and painting and she paid the invoice and signed a satisfied completeded work document. AMC has no knowledge of a venting issue in garage that she alledges was tore out and AMC denies refusing **** of any service or thretening her a court action. AMC was satisfied with the outcome of the relationship and assumed **** was also, based on her signature of the completed work satisfation doc. AMC gave **** a written 2 year warranty by which it has expired by more than 9 months now. If **** had a problem why did she wait approx.2 years a 9 months to complain. AMC is concerned that **** has subjectively stated information with mendsity intent. AMC has a long good standing reputation in the Cincinnati area for over. 25 Years and will do all that is required to keep our good reputation.
