My husband and myself bought a **** ***** Truck from them. One of the selling points was free oil changes as long as we owned the vehicle. e purchased the vehicle. I went to get an oil change and they said it wasn't free because it was a diesel. The sales person made a mistake. I asked to speak with the service manager and he said that there was nothing they can do about it. I owed for the visit. Fast forward to today, I purchased a **** ***** from a different dealer. I got a oil changed at Haag Ford and went out to my truck and the passenger side mirror was pushed in further exam of the mirror my light was busted. I went back in and told them about my light. They apologized they said it happens and they would order me a new light. I came back today to get my light fixed. They said it was finished. I went out to my truck and now my check engine light was on. A service guy came out and hooked it up to a computer and reset it. He said that it was nothing they did. I asked Ray why is it that I always have something wrong with my vehicle after my service here. He said I told him I wasn't coming back. I told him I had to come back because you broke my light. He said that the engine light had nothing to do what they fixed. He told me that he wasn't dealing with me today. He said I need to take my key and leave. He said that if I take it somewhere else and he is wrong he would take care of the bill. My vehicle is under warranty. He was yelling at me. I felt embarrassed and belittled. I have never been spoken to that way from a service provider.
