I do not recommend this place, there is never anyone in the office, they did not give me a copy of the new lease they never answer the phone, when there is finally someone they do not want to answer they say they do not have time, wait outside the office to be attended and they called the police for me to leave, They are also charging me improperly

Dear Resident:As previously discussed, the leases are sent to the owner to be signed and we have to wait to receive them back before we can give the resident a copy. In the meantime, we gave you a copy of the renewal letter which showed the amount quoted. The amount charged is exactly the amount quoted and you were given a significant discount on the renewal offer, much lower than the current market rent. The day of the incident, we had already explained the balance multiple times on the phone, in the letter, and again in person outside the office. We cant have residents blocking the office driveway so maintenance cant get in/out, sitting on the front stoop blocking the door, calling repeatedly and pounding on the door. This becomes very disruptive when we are in a meeting or on the other line. We have voicemail so residents can leave a message if we are unavailable when they call. We also have email and a drop slot. When we ask someone to leave multiple times in a friendly manner saying thank you, but they still refuse to leave, we have no recourse but to call the police. This is the last thing we want to do as it is a stressful situation for everyone. Should you have further questions, please contact the rental office.
