The representative told the callers that he needed a checking account number in order to grant discounts on customer's bills. Duke Energy has confirmed that these calls were not legitimate calls from their company.               ******** ****** ** **** is my gas supplier. I don't want them to be my gas supplier. I never requested them to be my gas supplier. Automated Duke Energy customer service menus do not address this issue. I have been on hold for 1 hour and counting. Frustration and lack of options is why I am filing this BBB complaint.

              I've tried to get my bill corrected five times and its still not right. Ive talked to five and employees and several managers about error on my bill. I its been a year and I cant talk to anyone that can help me. They say its taken care of but these errors come out on my bill every month. You cannot talk to a physical person. Its a problem getting any thing straight with them. They keep signing me up with these services and I keep telling them I dont want a new supplier and they keep putting it on my bill.
