    My wife and I purchased a special order fiberglass French doors from this company in March 2022.They were to take off our steel security doors and the old wood French doors when the new doors arrived.Two different people from the company came to our house and took the measurements for the door to be ordered. After many weeks, the door came, the installers took our old doors out, and the new door didn't fit.The company sent it back to the factory for rework, put our old wood door back up, but not the security doors. Again, after many weeks, the new door arrived and was installed. The company was supposed to reinstall our steel security doors after the new fiberglass door. They went to put up the security doors and the opening had become too small for the security doors. They had added material and wrapped it in aluminum trim. Then, the salesperson said they could make us a great deal on new security doors. We said we were not paying any more for anything and they needed to take care of this. Finally they said they could take our steel doors and get them cut down to fit. They finally did that. In the meantime, the working door (the one a person opens all the time) would not open but half way. We consider that a hazard and of course sloppy workmanship. We have contact the company many times with issues from this install. We finally sent a letter stating that we need the issues resolved and had contacted several agencies in regards to this matter (the BBB being one of them).They are supposed to come to the house on November 28th, 2022 to take care of everything.

    Watch out!!! First, it started with and continued to be very poor communication. Second, the windows were installed a month later than the latest promised date. The workmanship was horrendous. The salesman forgot to mark down that I asked for a frosted window in the bathroom, the same as the window they were replacing. So he quoted a clear window, which is exactly what I got, but didn't want. Then he wanted an additional $130 to fix his error in quoting the wrong thing. When the installers said they were finished, I noted that the miters on the wood trim holding all the window in place didn't meet evenly. There were also huge dents in the wood trim from the impact of the nail gun, and the finish nails were left showing. The painted wood trim was streaky and lumpy!!! A 3-year-old can paint that well. Their solution to their shoddy workmanship was to complain to me that the welds on windows were sloppy, which pushed out their wood trim, making the miters off. The lead installer complained about the poor workmanship of the manufacturer over the last 2 years. His solution to this was to caulk over the cockeyed miters and the impact dents from the nail gun, rather fix the real issue. Now we have to sand and repaint the trim ourselves, but can't fix the miters. They just made excuses and found a way to hide their shoddy work. I pointed out that the flashing on one window was a half inch from the brick. They said, the brick is uneven. The flashing at no point even came close to touching the brick anywhere! It is a great endorsement when the company's own installer tells you how awful the windows are at every turn. My experience was bad from start to finish. We recently had windows from another company installed and had a fantastic experience. I went with Advanced Windows to save a few bucks over the most expensive window place in town. I greatly regret ignoring bad reviews in multiple places. Now I have $6,000 worth of JUNK with which I will forever be happy.
