I've purchased a ******* ********************** softener and iron filter from this horrible company about 5 years ago - huge mistake. Cheap price was a deal breaker for me unfortunately.. The equipment wasn't working properly since the installation. Couple things to mention:- they don't have technicians who will come to your house and fix the issue - 10 year warranty is a joke - they don't warranty s**t!- something broke down? great chance to become a dyi plumber! spend time watching videos to figure out how to unscrew valves etc. and ship the parts to their warehouse - nobody will answer the phone when you need help with something - unless you need to buy from them - after that you are on your own, trust me they don't care about your problems after they have your money.- check their website and try to leave them a 1 star review. No luck? Well they block all 1-3 star reviews, needless to say all 5 star reviews are fake. - the owner will charge you 39$ and 46$ for replacement seals and piston accordingly when the valve breaks (trust me it will) - these parts can be found on amazon and other websites for twice cheaper!I spoke with couple reputable ********************** filtration companies and they told me that the quality of ******* valves is very poor. After 5 years I'm finally fed up with this company. Couple weeks ago I shipped the ********************** softener valve to their warehouse and before paying for repairs and parts I asked the owner is he can guarantee the unit will be working again. He got frustrated with my annoying (for him) questions, took the replacement parts out from the valve and said he will ship broken valve back to me free of charge!! WOW!! That's what I call a great customer service!!! The owner also mentioned he is really proud of his family operated business. Well thank you for s******* your customers for over 26+ years! That is something to be proud of.

*********************** we are very sorry you were not satisfied with your experience with our system over the past 5 years. When we installed your system almost 6 years ago we did discuss that you could need a whole home chlorination system due to your extremely high iron content in your water. At that time you had elected to go with the lower cost and simpler AIO system. As we spoke at that time we explained that the system you decided on would likely need more service due to very high iron. After you had contacted recently we did explain that we do not currently have a service person due to the lack of skilled labor personnel and that we are happy to service the system at our facility at a much lower cost so we could continue to support our products and customers. The pictures attached we sent you show the extremely high level of iron inside the control valve. You emailed us and said that it should be a warranty issue and repairs be made at no cost. Unfortunately the warranty does not cover issues caused by poor water quality. The $39 and $46 after 6 years was the cost even after we waived the shipping and service fee of $50. You refused to pay that and so we offered to send the valve back at no charge. Unfortunately we would not be able to supply parts at no charge due to the issue being caused by the high iron. Again, we are sorry we could not cover this under warranty when you said that if we do not cover it under warranty you would leave us a bad review.

Stay away from this company . So hard to get hold of them . The customer service so bad and rude. I would never recommend them to anyone
