              I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for ***. I was EXTREMELY underwhelmed by the representative from well known Culligan for an RO system. After expressing my frustration to a family friend - they recommended your company. I loved that the name was family based - so I encouraged my husband to have you out for a comparison quote. We were SO impressed with *****. She was kind, humorous, very informative, not the least bit pushy or negative (or insulting as our previous experience with Culligan). Our delight continued when we were sent **** for installation. He was polite, efficient, incredibly knowledgeable - he worked well into the night to ensure our RO system was meticulously installed. What a wonderful company asset you have in him! Our system is not only provides a peace of mind, it looks beautiful - from the faucet to the actual filtration system! Our ice no longer has an off smell or dusting of white powder. No more radium in our water (Cherry Valley public water issue) We love our RO water system, and feel like part of the *** family.
